HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

An appointment is required - I don't offer 'walk-in' appointments. 

Booking is easy - please use the secure online booking system at the bottom of the page.

If this will be your first visit or I haven't seen you for a long time and you have a new condition, please choose 'New Client/Condition' appointment. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please do not visit if you have any respiratory or flu like symptoms including of course Covid-19. Appointments are easy to re-schedule once booked using a link at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email you will receive.

We continue to use our air purifier and to clean down the couch between patients.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online by entering the voucher code at checkout. If you'd like to buy a gift voucher, you can do so here.

HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have health insurance you may be able to claim back the cost of treatments. The list of insurers who accept Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA) [formerly known as the British Acupuncture Federation (BAF)] registered practitioners continues to grow (April International, Beneden Health, BHSF, CS Healthcare, Equips ME, The Exeter, Freedom Health Care, General & Medical Healthcare, Healix Health Services, HSF, Medicash, Orchard Health Cash Plan,  Simply Health,  Sovereign Health, UK HealthCare, Westfield Health). Please do check with your own insurer what level the cover is. Sometimes it depends when you took out the policy. Please let us know before your treatment that you need a detailed receipt to claim back the cost, and we will be happy to provide one.
