Rooted in authentic Traditional Chinese Medicine, each treatment is tailored to you. Many clients come for help with pain and tension, poor sleep, low energy, stress, women's health including menopause, and complex or long-standing conditions, often having tried other approaches without success.

Care may include acupuncture, cupping, Zen Shiatsu, sports massage, modernised Chinese herbal medicine formulas, and personalised self-care guidance. All clients also receive free access to the Jing self-care app to support their progress between appointments.
