All appointments at Bubbling Spring Acupuncture Clinic in Peterborough are with ARA registered practitioner Helen Trill. Each session begins with a thorough consultation, where we’ll discuss your health concerns and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Helen’s journey into Chinese Medicine began with the practice of Taijiquan and Qigong, which helped her overcome chronic back pain and deepened her understanding of the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Since opening the clinic in Peterborough in 2015, Helen has built a reputation for providing excellent care through a combination of diagnostic methods and treatments. She also offers home-care advice to support your progress between treatments.

Helen holds qualifications in TCM acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, zen shiatsu, sports therapy, cupping, and pilates, with training in both the UK and China. Committed to ongoing professional development, Helen regularly attends courses to enhance her skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural healthcare, ensuring she delivers the highest level of expertise and care.

In 2020, Helen expanded her practice to Oundle, offering a satellite clinic at Oundle Osteopaths on Mondays. However, this service is currently unavailable.

Helen is a full member of both the Acupuncture Association and the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA), formerly known as the British Acupuncture Federation (BAF).

Outside of her practice, Helen enjoys staying active by walking her Whippet, swimming, going to the gym, and playing tennis. She also loves hiking, skiing, and sailing. For relaxation, Helen enjoys reading, writing music, spending time in nature, and tending to her garden.
